Hi. I’m Kirsten…
Every body carries its own unique story, and mine is no different. From the highs of motherhood and being a fitness competitor, to the lows of anorexia and chronic IBD, every phase of life has been an opportunity to understand more about ME.
For 20 years I’ve been studying and practicing to find healing and wholeness and life - mind, body, heart, & soul. Above all, I have learned to value the balance between strength and vulnerability, and the profound trust that as a woman, “I am enough”.

While the story is different for each of us, the approach is the same: Integrating mind, body and spirit as the pathway to behaviour change and ultimately ‘wholeness.’
My emphasis is on an authentic approach to health, steering clear from the stereotyped notions of beauty, fitness, fad dieting by encouraging everyone to embrace their own narrative.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy which is evidence-based, meaning that all the techniques and recommendations made are based on safe and proven scientific research.
Nutritional Therapists are trained in anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology in the context of good health, illness and how food interacts with our bodies.
As a Nutritional therapist and Health Coach I partner with my clients to apply the science to the individual through behaviour change and education on the power of eating for your bodies needs.
My approach is nourishing the whole being through food and lifestyle first and where needed supplementation and private lab testing with interpretations.
My mission is to empower people to look after their own health from a preventative perspective, inspiring and harnessing the healing power within our incredible human bodies.
Pilates

Pilates is foundational to all movement, teaching us how our body’s were designed to work.
Our modern lifestyles from lack of movement or high intensity sport/fitness to child bearing and raring have created unhealthy movement patterns that result in chronic injuries and chronic pain.
Pilates is retraining the brain and body to work optimally with greater symmetry and balance to heal and prevent injury while empowering a mind-body awareness for life.
